One of the coolest things about this sleek Hamra art gallery, which first opened in 1990, is the back room cluttered with reproductions of old postcards from around the Middle East, as well as historical letters and other relics – well worth a rummage. Today, the gallery has expanded to display the artwork of young and/or newly discovered Arab artists. Two exhibitions are held each month featuring contemporary, and occasionally older, Middle Eastern and European paintings. Cocktails every Thursday.
