After a successful exhibition dedicated to paintings of trees, the Alice Mogabgab Gallery is presenting its most recent acquisitions for the beginning of autumn. Fortunately for those of you who appreciate art representing nature, this new exhibition ‘Avant Première’ will again feature various works on this theme.
The show will gather a dozen artists from Lebanon and Europe; Rima Amyuni’s painting ‘Nymphea I’ (1998) is a tribute to Monet, Fadia Haddad’s magnificent abstract work evokes birds and masques. Then there are Lebanese photographer Roger Moukarzel’s androgynous characters and Jean-Bernard Susperregui’s brushed steel sculptures – all in all, not to be missed.
Until Oct 21.
