The Beirut Art Center is hosting a Palestinian film night where they’ll
be screening two short documentaries depicting the trials and
tribulations of life in camps in Palestine and North Lebanon.
8pm: Refugee Camp Dir. Nabil Kanafani. 1971. 6mins. Palestine. Mute. Architect, Kanafani's film has recently been found by his daughter, Samar, and was made as a part of a documentation on camps as urban spaces for a possilbe project of alternative housing for Palestinian refugees.
