Showcasing first and second feature films from international directors and showing 20 filmmakers every year, La Semaine de la Critique du Festival de Cannes
is a fascinating and hugely respected selection of new talent. Now in
its 50th year, it's bringing the films to the widest audience possible
by becoming a traveling cinematic roadshow. The selection rocks up in
Beirut at the end of June and beginning of July – and is sure to be unmissable for cinephiles
