In an old house overlooking the sea in Batroun, Nadine Abou a former art teacher and experienced camp organizer, is supervising small groups of children ages 8 to 12 years old to discover their old rural culture in an open air environment, by learning about traditional habits of the local villagers including how to make jam and cheese, milk cows, appreciate local craftsmanship from Rashana, Basbous and Jbeil, as well as participate in sports activities and local arts and crafts.
