With little existing support for local musicians, Lebanese Underground in collaboration with Red Bull is offering a prime opportunity for regional musicians, singers, DJs and producers to participate in a series of music workshops from Mar 25 to Mar 27.

The RBMA Bass Camp was inspired by the Red Bull Music Academy, a series of music workshops, held in different international locations that promote and support the talents of the future. They include a series of lectures by international artists, old and new, along with late night recording sessions and the opportunity to perform in the city’s best venues. 2011’s Music Academy will be held in Tokyo, so if you fancy your chances as one of the lucky 60, applications must be in by Apr 4.

The workshops will bring together 40 talented local artists to work in a fully-equipped studio, and will offer the chance to meet and work with a number of international musicians, as well as tonight's live jam session at EM Chill.
