I am a seasoned veteran of alcohol. Brought to life in New York at the St. Regis hotel, I am a homage to the former Queen Mary I of England. I was originally designed to spruce you up the morning after, and shake away any thumping headaches. My usual recipe is vodka, tomato juice, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper. I am unflatteringly garnished with a celery stick, but sometimes come lavished in olives, mint leaves, asparagus, lemon and even cheese and salami. Mix me on the rocks in a highball glass and serve me to your finest clientele. I am a true measure of the skill and worth of any bartender.
