Ever fancied dancing all day and night at the infamous Rio de Janiro carnival? Never fear, Brazil is here - thirty Brazilian artists, dancers and musicians are flying over to take part in a spectacular series of parades throughout Lebanon.

The carnival kicks off Sep 23&24 at 7pm in Downtown, followed by street parades in Zahle (Sep 26), Batroun (Sep 29) and Tyre (Oct 1). Public workshops will also be given throughout the carnival to get your bum shaking Samba style.

And if you don't just fancy being a humble bystander? Then call now -  there are places for 60 dancers and 40 musicians from Lebanon to join in the fun. Training will take place before the parades on Sep 21 & 22 at Bailando Dance Studio. All participants should sign up before Sep 18 and will get their very own certificate to prove they took part.
