Burgundy's design might be elegantly understated (even the fantastic chandeliers manage to be minimalist) but the luxurious wine and food menus are anything but - its wine list is a (rich) oenologist's dream, and comes with superb experimental French cuisine from bright young Canadian chef Brody White. One of the most gastronomically exciting places to eat and drink in town.
