Mexican/Italian restaurant Cilantro is doing its own bit to protect the environment. Every first Friday of the month (starting 7pm) the lights are out and candles are lit for an entire night of energy saving. In only a few years, Dr. Selim Yacoub and executive chef George Zeidan have created a restaurant empire in New York that has earned its credit from combining spectacular Tex-Mex cuisine with Europe’s allure.
