La Plage opens its summer outdoor restaurant The Interna- tional cuisine restaurant, famous for its fish and panoramic view will re-launch its al fresco area with the start of the sunny season. Enjoy their mezze selection and fresh dishes.

Boecker Public Health announces its food safety initiative With the aim of holding workshops for all of the health inspectors in the ministries of Public Health, Tourism and Economy, Boecker will train them on the methods of inspections in food establishments as well as the latest food control measures.
Boecker has also announced that it intends to train 1000 workers in the Food Establishments throughout Lebanon for free. This initiative is the first of its kind in Lebanon. Boecker Public Health started implementing the initiative in April and will be informing the public about its development with every achievement.

Ahwet el Ezez opens in Antelias Gemmayzeh’s uber traditional Lebanese- style cafe, Ahwet el Ezez opens a second branch in Antelias. Keeping the same style as its Gemmayzeh sibling, the Antelias branch will host singer and oud player Joseph Issa from Thursday through Saturday starting 10.30pm, leaving Monday through Wednesday for the Gemmayzeh crowd.
