Iced Thea

Cold tea was never a standard recipe of Lipton’s, ice cubes and peach flavouring. To prove it, we dug out a tea bar just outside the city with a wide array of iced tea flavours, plus zero calorie options for the fussy ones. The alternatives include ‘Detox bio’ iced tea, the relaxing ‘O Spa’ and Théa’s house mix with a base of blue-green oolong tea.

But if you’re one to worry less about calorific intake and more about savour, ask them to transform any of the specialty leaves on display into refreshing cold tea. There are more than 20 different blends, imported from the four corners of the world where the beverage is regarded as a ritual.
