Snacking on popcorn and sipping on a fizzy drink will never be so guilt-free as at the avant- premiere of Lincoln, the film on everyone’s lips this awards season. The pre-screening of the movie at Grand Cinemas ABC Achrafieh, will raise funds to support the heroic work of Toufoula. Its ‘Dream Rooms Project’ has transformed 53 hospital rooms into magical environments aimed to ease the trauma of children suffering cancer. With the pre-screening on Lincoln and the help of designers such as Zuhair Murad and Rabih Keyrouz, architects Nadim Karam, Simone Kosermelli and Bernard Khoury, and painters like Gina Succar, Toufoula will be able to spread its work beyond the six cancer pediatric units it has transformed so far.
