This yearly Norwegian culture week offers the chance to hear interesting lectures on Norway and its relation to the Arab world, along with a few evenings of Norwegian films and music and have a cocktail or two with the Norwegians of the city. All events are at Al Madina Theatre unless listed otherwise. The full schedule is listed below:
The opening night features a speech by the youth organisation Nahnoo and the Norwegian Embassy, poetry readings from Havard Rem, Mohammad Ali Chames Eddine, Erling Kittelsen and Nadim Mohsen.

The following speakers discuss various issues of Palestinian refugees: Hanada Kharma (Palestinian refugees in Norway between laws of asylum and policies of cultural integration.), Hesham Dibsi (The relation between Palestinian refugees and Lebanon.), Hadi Jaafar (The Civil Society experience towards the rights of Palestinian refugees).
